We review closed sales, compare days on market against local averages, weigh verified client reviews, and assess marketing quality, then we rank. Editorial rankings are not paid placements. How We Pick Charlotte's Best

Our composite score is built from four core criteria. Rankings are reviewed and refreshed regularly using current market data.

Verified transactions closed in the relevant market. Volume signals active market presence and consistent deal flow, not just a few big sales.

Average days on market compared to the local baseline. Agents who sell faster than the market average score higher, a measure of real execution speed.
